What information do I need to create a training plan?

You'll need your race event details (name, type, distance, date), your goals, preferred workout days, and any additional preferences or constraints. The more details you provide, the more personalized your plan will be.

Can I edit my training plan after it's created?

Yes! Once your daily training plan is generated, you can edit any workout by clicking on the calendar date. You can modify workouts, add new ones, or delete existing sessions. All changes are saved automatically.

How do I add my training plan to my calendar?

After generating your daily training plan, you can subscribe to the calendar feed or download an .ics file. The subscription URL works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and most calendar apps. Your workouts will sync automatically.

Can I adjust the weekly volume after phases are created?

Yes, you can edit weekly volume per activity during the review phase before generating daily workouts. Once daily activities are generated, you can still edit individual workouts on the calendar.

How far in advance can I create a training plan?

You can create a training plan for events that are at least 15 days away. This gives us enough time to build a proper training progression leading up to your race.
